1. The contractual terms and conditions apply to all current and future business relationships and are governed by the Commercial Code or the Civil Code.

2. Deviating, conflicting or additional conditions, even if known, are not part of the contract unless their validity is expressly confirmed in writing.

Prices

Prices are in CZK and do not include VAT. Current prices apply at the time of order, plus shipping costs.

Order

If you order through our online shop, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. It is therefore essential to provide a valid email address. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your email address. You also have the option to order by email or by phone.

Delivery times

The delivery time depends on whether the ordered goods are in stock in the Czech Republic or in one of our foreign warehouses. For goods in the Czech Republic, the time until shipment is 1-3 working days, for goods abroad 5-14 working days.

All goods are more or less neutrally packaged and shipped. Your information will be processed automatically and will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. Customer personal data is treated strictly confidentially and no information is provided to third parties. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions.

Withdrawal from the contract

Afterlearning to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail). You can use the contact form for this, but it is not mandatory. You can also fill in this form or make another clear statement on our website (www.extra-boty.cz). If you choose this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal from the contract without delay (e.g. by e-mail).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send a corresponding declaration before the deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from the contract. Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction to refund your payment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is the earliest. You must hand over or send back the goods to us as soon as possible and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from the contract to us. You will meet this deadline if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You must only compensate for the loss in value of the goods if your improper handling of the goods has damaged their condition, changed their properties or lost their functionality.

Responsibility

As a seller, we assume no liability for the use of the items and subsequent physical and psychological damage. In addition, we assume no liability for errors based on printing errors in our advertising materials and possible errors in our online stores. Igor Doleček expressly points out that all delivered goods must only be used as intended. Any unauthorized changes to the goods may lead to increased risk. The products may only be used with the consent of the persons using them. The use of any items by minors is prohibited. It is recommended to use the delivered goods only in the presence of a partner or another person. Simply put, people involved in the games should undergo a medical examination before using BDSM aids with regard to the safety of use, this applies in particular to respiratory or heart diseases, circulatory system diseases or weakness. Igor Doleček assumes no liability for any physical, health or other damage caused by improper use. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

2. If the customer is a legal entity, in the event of a court hearing, the place where the seller is located will always be the place of jurisdiction.

Moral protection of youth

By accepting and agreeing to the general terms and conditions, you confirm that you are of legal age. The seller only concludes contracts with legal entities of legal age.

By sending the order, the customer confirms that he is of legal age, that his details such as address etc. are correct and that the goods will be collected by an adult or by him/herself.

If it is discovered that orders were placed by a minor or a person who provided incorrect information, age, address, etc., the seller may take legal action and terminate the contract immediately. He may also demand compensation for all orders placed in this way.
